ultimate needs 2gigs minimum enterprise needs 1 gig. you dont have an aero capable gfx card so it is pretty pointless for you... you will be running most of your apps off the pagefile so your system will be a lot slower than it currently is... wait till you get more ram... * +

your xp looks quite good with the mods your using upgrading to windows will mean you can have similar effects but you will take more resorces coz 7 is genrally bigger as the kernal is bigger. * +
