Need a good freeware to do the job... Not for professional editing.... I just need cutting unwanted scenes and adding a few simple effects in movies.... There're a lot in net, but confused to choose... * +

You need simple and powerfull one then get cyberlink powerdirector,still more professional but not too tough to use get sony vegas....both are around 200mb * +

nch video pad video editor, small but powerfull. can edit mpeg mp4 flv avi mkv 3gp then produce to all popular video format with effects n also subtitle. simple n faster, but its not freeware * +

avidemux can help,its freeware but its a bit complicated.for mpeg,it will ask to create an index of file before processing * +

i don't know,i edit all my videos with avidemux,mpeg1,mpeg2,mpeg4... and about any media i throw at it. i don't remmember has it ever failed me * +
