That's a very generic piece of malware... known by name alone. Start boosting up your actual security/secure usage so you don't have to wait and hope for an AV to clean up the mess. Already mentioned don't install cr*p is a good start. Also reduce drive-bys by upping your browser and system security. UAC enabled or limited account and controlling the plugins, content and scripts allowed to run by pages. Obviously don't fall for trojans etc. (see: avoid installing cr*p) *
