Do a clean install of Snow Leopard-restart while holdong down the C key-open disk utility, erase hard drive and then install Snow Leopard. That works if you have the install disk. If not, follow these instructions....http://osxdaily.com/2010/08/10/forgot-mac-password-how-to-reset-mac-password/ *
