my download speed says 200kbps upload is 328kpbs also my ip address listed on the speed checker site reads 86.175.220.92 but wen i check it via cmd it's 192.168.1.64 help my at my wits end ???????? * +

am not sure mate how do i tell nd is that speed i put up any good well it cant be can it as it's slow as hell like dial up and also is it normal for my ip to read diffrent on speedchecker website than what it says in cmd ? * +

speed wil depend on isp...u must have done it wrng (copy n paste)...yes its normal 4 i.p 2 b different.n yes Ur speeds r terrible * +
