ive seen on youtube the dramatic improvement in speed you can get by swapping Harddisk with SSD and adding new higher speed ram to your laptop. The guy in the video used 1866Mhz ram in place of 1333Mhz ram on an i7 sandybridge laptop. The combination made his laptop extremely quick. * +

the thing i want to know is would it still work on an i5 sandybridge laptop. I havnt got my new laptop yet but im ordering it monday. * +

the ram is also 1333Mhz as well and the guy in the video said the laptop would automaticaly change the timings for the faster ram. * +
