Good morning guys, pls am an industrial design student of a university. I will be having my second semester exam in the next 1 month. I need help from you all. Pls i need softwares that are good for graphics design. I already have CorelDraw and PhotoShop together with some mini ones like Pain.NET, Photo Scape. * +

This softwares i already have most especially CorelDraw and PhotoShop are kinda complicated for me to use. I need softwares that are good in making Comics, Cartoons, Animaation and stuffs like that. Am having problem on that. Softwares that can make an image really strong in effects is highly needed. PLS GUYS, HELP A BROTHER OUT. * +

Photoshop is not complicated....go to youtube and search for tutorials,you will find loads of it... * +

Blender... its free even... but if you find photoshop complicated to use... then you study wrong stuff...

gimp and realworld paint.com,gimp can make animations on a layer-per-frame basis. you make a 60 layer image and try to save it as gif,it will offer to save as animation and index the colors to a pallete. you select these two and export the image. you should be familiar with alpha channel and layers,if not,experiment a bit in gimp its easy to use. i never really used photoshop but according to some * +

some photoshop filters,gimp seams to be easier to use though it is very advanced. but really,profession graphic design could be done even in paint as long as you have the skills to do it. i found that studdying pixel art is really helpfull for designing buttons and small screen elements and effects. * +
