no... the key is for one version only, a 32bit product key wont licence a 64bit and vice a verca * +

no it wont.... 26bit versions cost more than 32bit. whats stopping people buying 32bit keys then using them on a 64bit downloaded disk * +

only if you have a license to use it in more than one install (if it even works across the versions) Also are you sure you need the 32-bit version around anyway? *
