If you ask a windoze user-you'll hear windoze. If you ask a Mac user, you'll hear Mac. As kazannts said, it all depends on what you need it to do. * +

if you want to do any kind of proffesional multimedia, sound editing, making music, photo and video editing then get a mac. If you want to play the majority of games, run oldskool software, do computer aid design, electronics design, circuit simulation, CNC machine control get a PC. * +

i don't know a lot about macs but you can look through youtube for videos of it in action,do a web search and look through some wikipedia articles and mac related software reviews. i think it is your best bet then guessing around.. * +
