hp compaq nc 6000 is showing me a page which says system process at address 0xE4783995 have crashed and it further says that I shud get a deactivation key,I have been using it for a while n this is my 1st time to see this. am running on windows xp. help me * +

YOU DONT.... you dont format a pc just because of a bit of spyware, hey lose all ya data etc for a job that can be fixed in minuites and for free.. download malwarebytes run it in safe mode... * +
