Ok so in Pci Slot 2 I had my Wireless N card n it's Bren working fantastic, left pci slot 1 empty until now as I've just installed my Asus soundcard, now my wifi card is not recognised n I got a driver incompatibility warning but think that was coz I had not installed the audio card driver even tho it still apears now * +

Hmm , I hope it was not some type of static shock causing damage . Have you updated all the drivers on your motherboard ? * +

Look at your device manager and look for the red X . IRQ errors can also be seen on the boot diagnostics too , but you have to read really fast . * +

None, my wifi card is not on my device manager n there is no light flashing on the card backplate itself, I'm using a USB wifi adapter at moment but it's not wireless n * +
