Don't fret. Just google for a small program called killusb.Run it, and windows will reinstall the usb drivers in proper order, some adresses gets mixed up sometimes. * +

all clues point to the phone used to have the same prob with my tytn running windows soft resets could only work for a short duration. to get it working i had to reinstall the phone OS and that was the end of the prob * +
