Hey i've bought a toshiba satellite with win7 hme basic, bt when i connected my external drive a tries to install any program it always give me a massage windows can't access the specified device, path or file. You may not have appropiate permissions to access the item. Anybody plz help because i want to install some important programs *

Right click on the .exe and run as administrator. *
