is there any way to download mail from just a weeks period instead of all mail. i have been downlooadin mail to my phone and not updated my laptop outlook in a while. just wanna download recent mail to it. thanks *

I am not sure of anyway of setting up an expiration date on emails . Maybe Thunderbird or some other third party app can , but I have never seen it as an option on any pop3 or smpt email program . *
