Hey all seem to be having a bit of trouble here, I'm running windows 7 ultimate 32bit on my pc and just can't seem to get SharePoint Server 3.0 to install. I've tried and it tells me to install wss 3.0 SP1 which I did do, but that tells me that the SP1 affects no installed software on my pc and the WSS 3.0 still won't install afterwards, anyone have any idea what the issue might be? *

Missing dll files .. A common problem on win7 .. Go to this site and download whatever it requires you kn*b ... http://www.dll-files.com *
