I keep getting this fake alert internet settings has blocked the use of this file something like that, when opening files not related to the net, that is, games, pdfs etc. Ive scanned with MWB and Spybot, the fake alert was found and deleted. Still have this problem though. * +

What Virus program are you using try a different one, have you tryed vet for windows i liked that one, but they work better if you have only one at a time on your computer * +

Im running 7. I have Malware Bytes, Spybot and Bitdefender. They shouldnt conflict with each other since Bit is the only constant protection. Spybot and Malware arent. * +

Ive had avast, avg, kas, and they all let me down. BitDefender is ok, compared to those. I have never tried Avira. Still, any solutions to my current problem? * +

Because you need to remove the thing probably by first cleaning all the temp folders with Ccleaner. Then run super antispyware, then you'll have to run malwarebytes. Disable all cd emulation software and run Combofix. Disable uac and download mgtools. Run it. when your done go to its folder click on the reg file reboot. Run Spybot. fix your winsock. Disable system restore. Reboot enable it * +
