technically yes it is but it only happens when your cpu under to much load turbo will kick in then ....OC is permanent * +

No. Most new intel chips only turbo 2 or 1 core at high frequencies. * +

na just turbo boost only OC one core thats to keep system stable i guess while turbo boost set's in...would be best to manually OC i dont like sofeware or anything automatic manuall is best you got controll over it * +
