Taraaaahhh!!!!, thanks frnds for your ideas, i did it, my account is back though what changed is dat i was used to log in with my phone number but after resetin my pssword, t accept an email log in and my phone number is deleted in my account, though i don know how this happened, thanks to you all, * +

Ofcz eversince i started using my facebook account i was using my phone number and i did t about two years til now when it changed to email adress, *
