ISA is not meant to affect ur wifi...its mainly for internet firewall n proxy/vpn/tunneling purposes..btw I tink ur isa is configured as a proxy server dat only authenticates PCs in ur ActiveDirectory.. * +

try 2 chk 4 d proxy setting of a system in ur domain..put it on ur fone..and use a username n password dats in ur active directory..if dat doesn't wrk create an outbound rule in ur ISA 4 permitting port 80 n 443.. dat opens up d whole internet web access on ur netw tho * +
