its f8 but i have dongle off orange it connects to the internet but wont display the webpages, orange have gone through everything it could be and now say its somthing on the laptop so the next step is to completly wipe the laptop and restore factory settings, hp want 100 quid just to speak to a technician so they can swivel, so how do i restore factory settings? * +

uninstall the dondle, run ccleaner if you have it to clean the registery, re-install so all the devices drivers are corectly installed again, then try to connect, if it fails try looking to see if your firewall is blocking it. next time get a t-mobile dongle, remove the sim card, replace with a standard t-mobile sim, top it up with 20 pounds, then text '6monthweb' to 441... hey presto 6 months * +

Yeah in the bios i think i think you can factory reset the settings and just do a reinstall of the os * +
