I log-out of my email accounts, facebook etc when I put my laptop in sleep mode and have a screensaver requiring a password. Could someone bypass the security code and get into my accounts, even though I have logged out of them? Are the passwords stored in cache or other executable file for example? * +

Any half way decent hacker could, but, it's not nearly as easy as on a pc. As long as you log out, clear your safari cache, you'll be fine. And use a really odd password made up of letters, numbers, and symbols. * +

If you were to ask me to hack into your laptop, i will probably restart your laptop, alter the boot sequence (in which usb 1st before OS), plug in a usb with malware, type a few commands on the sda2, in which windows 7 is installed, and viola! admin password reset! All this can be done in under 3 mins so best is to never to leave laptop unattended.. Hope this helped.. * +
