Press 'windows' + 'r' button. a Run dialog box will appear. Type in ''Msconfig''' and hit entre. A box will appear. Goto Startup tab. Their disable all except your anti virus . Hit ok. And it will ask for restart. Hit ok. And your are almost done. i guess.

+1 to sonic. also gett a decent defrag app like disktrix ultimate defrag. with that you can send all your boot files to the outside of the disk making it boot faster. * +
