Pls I tried to install my zte modem on my destop but it failed to installed fully and it keeps on saying device not found when I want to use it, but I'm able to use it on my laptop without any problem pls what actually be the problem * +

it would be helpfull if you gave a little more info. like what o.s and specs. make and model of the motherboard. * +

Uninstall then restart pc,then reinstall.go to device manager and check if you can see the device,then right click,properties and check if device is enabled * +
