Actually DDR3 is now the dominant memory type and as a result has h*t an all time low for prices thanks to good production. It is no more expensive than DDR2 these days * +

About 8 months ago i paid more for ddr3 than ddr2,so i guess im out dated lol,but if ddr3 is now same price as ddr2 then its good news.thanx for the info mate. * +

You can get 4Gb 1600mz DDR3 for 35 quid these days. DDR3 is the mainstream now *
