Im using Sony vaio n I can't start my pc. Running win 7. It goes to the point where it says 'welcome' n then says 'unable to load user profile' * +

The pc recovery guide says press F8 repeatedly when starting pc n u can restore ur pc to a previous restore point but the trouble is, pressing F8 doesn't do anything!! Any solution on how to restore it to a previously saved restore point? * +

try pressing f8 after bios bootup details to try and get to safemode * +

That's d problem. F8 is doing nothing! I tried so many times. I can restore d pc by F9 but I don't wana lose my data. * +

you dont have a choice now do you make backups but for now you need to try and get into safe mode after boot infor done press f1 f2 f8 till it give you safe mode option * +
