Misreading it is 
the chipset was at fault, and its fixed now anyway. AMd have had processor errors in the past too. No AMD processor right now, none, can match an i5 2300 * +

mok look at it this 1 the p67 io chip error affected either less than 5 percent or as much as 15 percent of motherboards. but intel demanded a recall anyway. yet microsoft have a 90 percent failrate on there console yet theres no recall. now thats a discussion point. * +

It might have been Dell or some other company that issued the recall . I've lost a few brain cells since I read that article . Fox News are not known for there tech analysists .
