See if you can boot in safemode. Just after the bios screen but before windows starts to boot press F8 and then choose safe mode * +

try pressing one of the function keys on each start up, ie.. keep pressing F1 and try to boot up... then F2 etc ect, one might allow you access to the installation partition where you will have access to the windows installation files and you can then re-install windows from scratch, my laptop was F9 untill i formatted the hard drive * +
