Hi peeps! For some strange reason I can't get any thumbnails on my videos it just shows a file saying mp4 I dunno if it's sane with avi as most the videos I have are mp4 is there anyway to get thumbnails back? * +

get Klite Codec pack off download.com instal it and be sure to read all the settings there is one for thumbnails. *
