here's what to do.hit ctrl+alt+del to open taskmanager and go to file menu and hit run.. type gpedit and change the setting. or go to gpedit.msc directly from system32 and run it there.then change back the setting.or go to cmd and type gpedit,i think you're gonna get same results.. * +

open gpedit.msc then goto - user config, then admin... start menu... set remove run menu from start menu to 'disabled'. And don't mess with 'editors' now on :) * +
