i don't think that would work.after reading this win + r thing i went to gpedit and followed to the disable run thing and on the explain tab,not only that it sais you can't use the win + r keys but also that you can't access run in task manager and a few other things. so,my guess would be,to start gpedit.msc again,you will probably have to go through cmd or directly to the file * +
