Yesterday, I had updated my avast free ver. From then every time I scan my pc a virus named 'MBR: .PHYSICALDRIVE0'. And the avast pop up msg shows 'ROOTKIT FOUND' 'A suspicious hidden object (rootkit) has been detected on your computer system. This may be a sign of a malware infection. It is recommended to remove the object immediately.' * +

When I wanna delete it my pc ask for restarting. But after restarting my pc avast automatically start boot scanning but no result. If I scan my pc again the same thing happen again and again. Even I scanned my pc with Malwarebytes but no virus found. * +

Also , do a web search for that rootkit removal utility . Many antivirus firms give them away for free . * +
