Hi my good people, can someone please help me? I'm using thunderbird email client and all of a sudden my Facebook emails and otheras are showing as spam... how to I remove it saying spam? * +

my email did this b4 wen my fb account got hacked it started showing mail as spam. I sumhow did fix this, backd up my mail, formatted, just to find i freaking deleted the backup i wanted to restore so now im back to point a again with the old backup and my mail showing as spam. I cant remember how i fixed it last timeplz plz try help me! * +
