my first thought is that the monitor is correctly plugged in, check if all the pins of the connectors are of the same height or are actually there. * +

Try another graphics card shud do the job..If u have added any hardware return back to before.If 1 of your rams faulty maybe its packed in that can cause a problem.. * +
