also if you tried the monitor on another pc then try the gfx too if it fits. or use the other pc's gfx and see if it works on the broken pc... * +

Have you check ur psu line look if there is burn line in its socket maybe thats where the problem. * +

Remove the video card and clean it pins w/a pencil eraser and put it back again and boom your problem of displaying is solved *
