I downloaded a video file yesterday via internet download manager. I then sent it to my phone via the nokia cable and deleted the file on my pc. My phone memory just crashed and i want to get the file back. Is there anyplace it might be stored on the pc even though i deleted it? Maybe some nokia folder that contains sent items? i tried searching for the file but no luck. Please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated * +

Thanks @pr*nton but My pc runs cc cleaner everynight so its not in the recycle bin do u hav any other idea * +
