dont u think formatting is a bit drastic just for having a few virus's?? why not just get rid of them? and lose nothing :) * +

also, no one has asked what program has told him about the virus's? and why doesn't it fix them? that program maybe the only bit of mal / spy ware he has... and are easy to get rid of :) * +

coz he/sha asked about formatting, as the pw gave a drastic account and was considdering drastic measures. didnt ask about any other solution and the fact they didnt know windows cant be formatted.. i gave the simplest quickest solution, i mean i wasnt gonna recommend combo fix now was i? * +
