My laptop says its missing a plug-in but my other laptop works ok with the web pages. It appears to be not able to access sounds or videos. It's a MacBook Air. Thanks for your help. * +

yep. probably, when you vivit the site and it wants a plugin it should show an empty box with a small icon of some sort, just click on it and it should tell you which plugin your missing. if your using firefox it may also be the wmp player plugin, you can get it from the FF site. * +

I am using the safari browser but it does not show any box just the word missing plug-in. I will try flash to see if that is the problem. * +

Next problem. How can I synch files so that I have the same on both my computers? Can I synch via my router or in the cloud? I have my bookmarks, contacts and diary synched via Apple's mobileme but I don't think it does files or does it? * +
