Subject: Gadgets not showing

But I've done something wrong. I had some password protected files ( stop sharing) in E drive at my old os. After installing the os newly I couldn't access that folder even couldn't run any soft as admin of that folder. As it was my 1st setup so I wasn't sure. Any idea how can I use the folder and its files like b4? *
