http://www.ebuyer.com/product/187430 I use that. Cheap, but does an ok job. You have to play in standard definition, though. You'll also need to buy splitter cables for the av leads because you'll want to send audio and video to your tv and laptop/pc. If you want HD recordings you're looking at 150 quid for a HD PVR. * +
