Mayb if u enter in safe mode. U can do d commands through cmd prompt, or any other means than won't load d GUI. Anybody know how to go bout dat? * +

ok, i'll do so. Tried re registering dll. That did not work. Checked on the internet also, seems a lot of people been experiencing this problem. Does not seem to be easy fix. Thinking of just reinstalling. * +
