I have a dell latitude d600 and the problem with it ,is that it showing blue and yellow colours on the desktop background after booting, i have tried formating but it kept showing. what should i do??? 10x for stopping by. * +

formating wont do it, its not a problem with the os, it sounds like your graphics card is on its way out or the screen is dying * +

check the drivers are working propperly, in controlpannelsystem/hardware... if there ok then check the screen rez, again if thats working then you need to take it to a shop and get it checked out by a pro. * +
