find its d0gging port and plug it in. if it has 1. it should be ready to use out the box if the Nbook is fitted with the hardware to use it. so just plug it in and hit explorer. * +

it has got a place for the simcard and its installed but on the netbook it says no coverage * +

you have run the setup cd that came with the hardware and its on auto detect your service provider? then it means either the service provider doesnt serice your area. or the Nbook needs a specific service provider like o2. and may need unlocking much the same way as a phone does. or maybe you should read the instruction booklets that came with the sim and Nbook. * +
