Well you could top up via the phone, once it's connected, all you need is the sim number when you log on (based on 3) if you're not interested in keeping track of data usage, then fine. Mifi is available on 3, their tech guys told me you DO need to install the dash from the mifi unit, but you'll need a pc for this. Signal, speed and reliability is no better than a dongle tho... * +

yes you can use them anywhere, but try it on the move n you'll be disappointed. If for home use only, then go for it, but TRUST ME, i have one, you'll need to install the software to a pc. if you go for the 15gb a month (15pm) and you go over it, it'll cost ANOTHER 15, you'll get no notification, just a 30bill. oh and even if you go over by 1mb, theny charge 15, and tghe limit is 1gb over. * +

Mine has been a nightmare, i wouldn't recommend a 3mifi unit to anyone. connect more than 1 device and speed goes from bad to s**t. They say you can connect upto 3, don't. * +
