I've been using Noesis chat for many years with no problems until I changed my pc. I've been told the prob is cos the new pc's os is windows 7 64-bit. I've followed the instructions in Noesis' help section and altho now can access chat, I can't see any text....bit pointless in a chatroom you'll agree. Any help (in terms I'll understand) would be appreciated! * +

check your site settings. avast can block irc. if the site is in its blacklist. * +

the easiest way would be to load up the site then turn off avast, then click refresh. if the text suddenly appears then its avast blocking you. * +

assuming you're using IE, try another browser, I'd suggest opera first, then google chrome then firefox. * +
