Drivers are more important than BIOS . Leave it alone unless your are sure it has been infected by a virus , or it is seriously out of date . Unless you understand what re-flashing the Bios means , leave it to a professional . * +

If the EPROM chip is removable the worst that can happen is you have to pay about 15 quid and wait a few days for a new one. Stability and maybe new features are the kind of things you can expect from an update. Have a read on the manufactures official forum for the best advice *
