you dont really need a web protection as windows firewall is enough... avira can hold its on despite what u may think. smart surfing will ensure your pc stays safe... surf smart boet * +

Avira Free has only 1 guard, which it can stop any virus it'll try to run. Its very powerful guard, believe me. The Avira Premium (which i use the last 2 years) has the same guard as in the Free edition, plus a Web guard and an email guard. I'll suggest you to buy it, its superb. Im sure you can afford 20 euros per year for one of the best antiviruses around meditate * +

free version not having internet protection is not an issue as it wont let the virs execute whe it gets in your pc * +

Hmmm?WAS hoping there were third party softwares one could install alongside avira free to make up for the absent features that are found in premium version... * +

To block unwanted incoming connections or outgoing, use Comodo firewall and Avira. Those two work great. * +

That means you're protected from hackers, malware, and viruses. * +
