When i watch TV the picture goes dark for about a minute then goes bright again what could be the problem and is it easy to fix? i always got a backup but want to fix this one 1st * +

is it one of the new type tellys that is flat screen lcd etc, if so could be theback light failing as the screen has a light that brightens it, if the old type big box tellys the firing gun could be on its way * +

yea same happened to my lcd tv i just sourced the backlite pannel from the net and replaced it myself and its running like new * +
