i puled out the procesor coz i wanted to replace it with a faster 1 but it didnt work, i put back the 1st 1 and when i turn on the pc it starts fine but after a few seconds b4 it finishes loading it switches off. any help plz? * +

have u put any new thermal compound down between the cpu and heatsink.. if it runs for a while then shuts down makes me think its over heating * +
