All files' thumbnails are showing fine except mp4. Its only showing 'MP4' no image. But it was okay a few days ago. May be I had done something wrong but couldn't remember. I'm using Compaq laptop and OS is win7. Any1 have experience about the problem. Pls help me. * +

associate mp4 with windows media player . see if that fixes it * +

if the file plays well when opened then its not a probelem ... just open the folder where files are stored right click on blank space select View and take the lager icons ..... * +

Go to file types, select MP4 and choose restore if you have these options is win7.... * +
