It is what it is, I think. Sounds like photobucket has a cap on your account and it has been exceeded. Have a look at the FAQ on the site. * +

could it be because you havent used photobucket for a while and the background you were using came from there ie they have terminated your account * +

cap limit is normaly associated with site traffic. either your using PB to store avatars for sites and each time that avatar is being displayed its eating your bandwidth allocation. or you have lots of links to regularly viewed images like photos or wallpapers.. either removes some links, delete your avatars, or use an image host that doesnt require you to sign up. like imagechunk. * +

in worst case your pictures might be linked by someone else or even appear in google imagesearch which is a pretty quick way to get your account temporarily suspended. also it's always funny when some websites basic images have been replaced with the bw exceeded or image removed icons. and at the same time it's NOT funny at all if the image you wanted to view was important in any way. most image hosts aren't good for embedding directly. *
